During the online registration process the fees will be shown on the second page (Screen 2).

The registration fees for the participation at ICDE 2010 are listed in the following table.

Note: Authors must register by 5 January 2010. One paper submission per registration.

On-site Registration

Attendees can opt to pay at the conference registration desk by credit card. The registration desk will be located at the Regency Foyer (4th floor). It will open on Sunday, February 28, from 4pm to 7pm, and then daily during the conference from 7:30 am onwards.

Visa Letters

Those participants who need to apply for a visa should begin the visa application process as soon as possible. Information for obtaining a visa letter from the conference organizers can be found here.

Cancellation Policy

There will be a penalty of 15% of the registration fee (minimum US$50) for cancellation. Cancellations will be accepted until 1 February 2010. No refunds will be honored after this date.
